Welcome to the UCLA Infant Development Program (IDP) Application/Tour system
What is the IDP program?
The IDP is a premier infant day care facility located on the UCLA campus in two locations (Franz Hall and Fernald)
Eligibility for the IDP program
In order to qualify for IDP, at least one parent must be a UCLA employee with a current appointment and a 9 digit employee number.
How does the application process work if you are eligible?
Step 1:
Sign up for a tour
The tours are for prospective parents, but applications can only be filled out by parents who are pregnant or have children.
Step 2: Show up on your assigned date and complete the tour
Please bring a $75 check made payable to "UC regents" for an application fee -- the online application will become accessible within a day after the tour is completed.
Step 3: Fill out your online application. Ater your application is complete, you will be contacted by email regarding your position on the wait list.
